Earlier I charged my Versa and noticed when I put it back on the time was off. In addition, I realized it was no longer connected to my bluetooth. I restarted it 3 times, both the phone & Versa. Furthermore, I noticed on the app it hadn't synced since 3:03am long before I charged it. The app wouldn't let me update the tracker because it won't sync. I've reinstalled the app. And even did a factory reset as a last resort. Now the Versa won't turn on at all. I've done every single tech support step. Guys... please help!!

My issue was that I had to reset the device every time I wanted to sync because my phone couldn't find my Versa. When I was doing a factory reset I didn't think I needed wi-fi on. Fitbit wouldn't find my versa 'til I turned on wi-fi. Factory reset was then successful. Hopefully your issue is that simple.
