My Versa will not track sleep, will not track heart rate, will not track steps. I have had it for less than 10 months. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in this product. I need a solution to this problem.

We're very sorry to read about how this situation has made you feel.
I'd like to let you know that I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for the thread.
I could see that you reached out to our support team and that they have assisted you! Hopefully everything will be working better from now on.
