Versa Won’t turn on

My Fitbit Versa won’t come on. At 1st I thought it needed to be charged, charged it over night and nothing. Read stories of others with similar issues, tried the reset, holding down buttons, cleaning the screen with alcohol, no changes. My app isn’t even connected to it anymore, it just shows its looking for device. This is sad because I have not used it up to a year after I got it. What do I do?

Mine did the same thing today.. I had to do a full factory reset on mine and also deleted it from the app. After the reset and reconnected it to the app it started working again. Have you tried that yet?

Hello. I had already tried a full factory reset prior to sending my previous message. I went ahead and tried it again and also deleted the device from the app, there is no change, it didn’t show any Fitbit logo, there wasn’t a vibration, nothing.
