Versa Won't turn on

my versa has been working fine, had it for almost 2years now without any problems. Woke up this morning and it was blank. I always check the battery power and make sure it has enough charge, so i found it odd to have an email at 12.30am to say the battery was low. I have since charged my versa and it still won't turn on. Tried all of the button holding down combinations several times and nothing is working. Please help!

I have the same problem. My Versa was purchased a year ago this past June, and has been working fine. I put it on the charger last night before bed and woke up to a dead watch. I can’t figure it out...

I woke up to a dead versa Saturday morning too. My alarm went off, as usual, but there’s no screen showing. Seems to still be syncing, but I can’t see anything on the watch itself. I just had mine replaced in March for a similar problem and now they won’t replace it again, because warranty only extends from original purchase. So, even though this watch is only 6 months old, I have to purchase a new one. Im not too impressed, especially now that I know that Saturday morning lots of people woke up to the same problem with their watches. Grrrrr.

Mine the same went for a swim and set to swim mode got out and only had Fitbit symbol then nothing ???

Great news, @Angela.M. Slightly worrying that they're obviously aware of this happening but they're staying completely quiet when so many people's watches have given up the ghost...

This is happening to me too - just the blue Fitbit logo flashing after suddenly turning off about two weeks ago (when it was fully charged).

I logged a chat with support with the save problem they were great and are replacing my versa

Just wish it would do something like vibrate or light instead of nothing, tried charging it from my PC and same thing- nothing, yet when I connect it to my partner's Versa it picks it up straight away.

It's even more suspicious it did this after a software update and just before the Versa 3 is released...

@Stubbsy12 did you receive your replacement yet? I had an email saying my versa had been delivered to fitbit on Sep 17th and heard nothing since.

Sorted!

Fitbit in the bin and dug out my old Pebble Time which still works super (with Rebble update) after four years, 2 of these being inactive in a cupboard.

Very nearly stumped up for a Versa 3 until I rediscovered the Pebble, which is what the original Versa was built on when Fitbit bought Pebble.

Anger subdued and no more money shelled out for a watch that has the lifespan of a hamster.
