Every few months I find my Versa in the drawer and decide to give it 'another last chance'
It's always been awful at synchronising, but about 12 months ago, may be longer, I can't use the watch. The app says it synced, I can update the clock faces, change the time zones etc. But it NEVER updates the time or date. I've recently got a new phone (Samsung S20 Ultra) and laptop (HP Envy) and have tried using these with the hope the new devices will update the Versa, but still nothing works. I've reset the Versa, re-paired, trying changing the time zones, everything, other than buying a Garmin is their any hope out there ?

Hi @MarkRob - the basic problem is your watch is not syncing, multiple phones and laptops can make it worse at syncing. Some steps to improve the chances of it working are:
That should make a new Bluetooth pair and link and you should be able to sync
