Versa about to die!

I have bought my fit bit versa in 2017. ow no matter how many times I restart or set a factory reset it continually goes blank, vibrates randomly many times a day, refuses to respond to my touch and will only hold a charge for a day and a 1/2. What's next?

You’ve done a lot of trouble shooting, @Yamz3 - The next step would be to contact Support to see if they have any other ideas. Be aware that they may take you thru some of those steps again. Sometimes the order in which you do them is as important as the trouble shooting steps themselves.
