Versa acting odd after swimming

I’ve just been swimming using the length tracking feature on my Fitbit Versa and the screen is now switching every couple of seconds from the settings screen to the click screen. I can’t switch it off to try a restart as it won’t stay on the shutdown screen long enough before flicking back. Any ideas what to do? Thanks

Welcome to the Community Forums @NicThurstan. Thanks for trying to manually turn off your Versa directly from the screen. 

Let's try to restart it using the buttons by following the steps below: 

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Give this a go and let me know the outcome.
