My Versa has been acting up for some time now. It's always had issues syncing (especially with me phone) -- has never let me install updates via phone. Last week the time was off by a few minutes, after charging a few days ago, the time is totally off. I can now no longer sync it with my phone or computer. I uninstalled, and retried everything to set it up as a new device. Nothing is working.
I'm growing more and more tired with all of these issues Fitbit comes with and I'm nearly ready to switch fitness watches all together. Anyone else with this issue, able to help? I've looked into how to fix this issue and followed each prompt with no avail. Thanks!

I’m having the same issue! I haven’t been able to get my versa lite to sync for a couple of weeks now. I have done everything recommended. I’ve updated the app, uninstalled and installed it, turned off and on Bluetooth, on and off my phone, nothing! So frustrating.
