Versa alarm clock does not wake me up

Dear FitBit community. I have a huge problem with my Versa.

The alarm clock DOES NOT WAKE ME UP!!! I have been late in the mornings already a few days and it is not good..With my Charge 2 it works flawlessly...

I have tried setting the alarms during the day and it indeed vibrates, so I can only think that the vibration is not strong enough to wake me up in the mornings.

Is there anything I can do to improve it or can you set a stronger alarm vibration? ... and yes, the SmartAlarm feature that I had on the Jawbone was great.. would be fantastic to have it on FitBit too...

Thank you

Carmen

@c4rm3n Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't waking you up. You could try changing the haptic feedback vibration setting on your tracker's settings to strong to see if this helps with the alarms. Regarding the smartalarm you can vote for this idea in our Feature suggestions board. The more popular the idea becomes the more likely the developers will try to implement it.

Let me know how it goes!

@AlvaroFitbit thank you for your answer. I have done some tests and realized that the band only vibrates 3 times and then stops. Clearly this is not enough for my brain to register it (yes, I am a deep sleeper). Would it be possible to change the settings to have it vibrating until I manually stop it? It was like this on the Charge 2.
