For the last couple of days my Versa will not hold a charge pass 12 -15 hours. In addition as of yesterday, the HR and sleep data is not tracking. I have restarted the device and looked to make sure pins are clean and clear. Is anyone else having this issue???

I left mine on the charger all day yesterday and all night long and it seems to be holding the charge a little bit better today. I put it on at about 7:45am and its 1pm now and down to 71%. Still not great though.
** Update: I take this back. Versa is going to have to be plugged in again this evening if I want it to hold a charge all night. THIS IS SO ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING. Cmon Fitbit. Figure it out!

I am having the same issue as many others. I have a Versa Lite. For the past week my heart rate reading would get stuck at 121 or 81 but simply restarting my device solve the issue . Then when I woke today I noticed that I had no sleep data and the heart rate was not reading at all, completely blank and the the LED lights on the back were no longer working . My Fitbit also is not keeping a charge . I’ve tried turning the heart rate off then on . Have restarted the device many times . All this began it happen after I did the recent update .

My Versa will not hold a charge. I have tried all of the suggestions with no luck. I can’t even chat with Support for some reason so I’m hoping I can get help here. My son has one as well and I’ve tried his charger and nothing. Hate to think I’ve wasted money on this product.

Thank you for escalating. The first email from Support was just a regurgitation of what these boards say - and what I stated I had already tried. So their first attempt at support is a bust since they clearly didn’t read my post. Hoping an additional response will be more useful.

I have 3 versa watches and 2 have been updated and immediately will not hold a charge for more that 24 hours. I stopped my wife from updating hers. My daughter and I have updated ours and both are now having issues with the heart rate monitor, steps and the battery dies over night messing with sleep tracking. So 2 of my 3 watches are useless now. Fitbit should either roll back this update or do a hit fix really soon.
Note: I am a software engineer, I have already performed all possible troubleshooting steps on my daughter's watch that is possible. And I can 100% confirm this is because of the update.

Well, my fitbit versa is completely DEAD now. Won't even turn on. This is just great.....
Quite frankly, I'm sick of fitbit suggesting the same garbage. I literally haven't changed anything about my fitbit in months and it was running perfectly fine and lasting.... until I did the update.
This is a fitbit problem. Not a user problem. Stop suggesting we need to change things like fixing notifications, apps, etc.

my Fitbit versa won’t even charge or turn on now sense I updated. I even have it connected to the computer now and nothing.

I too am having similar problems, not holding a charge after the update. I've rebooted by Versa, I've charged it to 100% using Fitbit charger and a stable electric outlet. When it's 100% is about 10am and last night it was at 75% before bed (11pm) so I didn't feel the need to charge. When I woke at 7am, it was down to 12%! It is charging again... Please advise. Is there any changes coming on the OS?

Thanks for setting up the support case. They literally sent me a link to the FAQ and said this should resolve your issues. That's not helpful at all.
I found this on gear beat. Haylou Solar Smart Watch 12 Sports Modes Global Version
It looks to have similar function to the versa and if they break my watch through firmware I am only out $40.
I was getting ready to upgrade to a versa 2, glad I waited.

Hello. I am having the same issue and have taken all the steps and troubleshooting with no improvement of my battery life or heart rate tracking. Can you please open a ticket for me as well? Very frustrating as I’ve just started a new workout plan for my health and my watch isn’t helping my efforts.

Have fitbit. IT department found a solution to the battery :battery: problem as of yet. Is there a firmware fix coming soon. It has been two months now.

The problem hasn’t been fixed and I haven’t heard about a firmware fix. I got tired of Fitbit’s cheap product and lack of service, so I bought an Apple Watch. I’m done with Fitbit.

I am thinking about getting a Samsung gear . Since I am a Samsung girl. No pun to you. I assumed Apple is your brand. Just was hoping I missed the firmware update to fix the problem that the last firmware update messed up. Hopeful thinking on my part.
