Versa all of sudden will not hold charge or track HR or Sleep data

For the last couple of days my Versa will not hold a charge pass 12 -15 hours.  In addition as of yesterday, the HR and sleep data is not tracking.  I have restarted the device and looked to make sure pins are clean and clear.  Is anyone else having this issue???

Lol. Yes, I like Apple. I think moving to another brand of device is wise. I just read in the Forum that there are lots more issues with the Firmware update that started to be rolled out on Aug 13.

What firmware uodate on August 13th. I did not receive one. They should fix our watches or give us new ones.

There is a pinned post from Fitbit support at the start of the Versa Forum that states there is a firmware update starting to roll out on Aug 13 and that not everyone will get it at once. There a user posts in the thread that show how bad that update is, too. 
I agree....new devices when Fitbit breaks them.

Nope. Moved on to an Apple Watch since Fitbit didn’t seem concerned with fixing this prevalent issue. Can’t wait to dump the remaining Fitbit’s in my household.

No, support was no help at all. I ended up having to buy another device.
