Versa & Flex 2 battery life draining fast

I have 2 Fitbit’s, 1 is a replacement Versa tracker & other one is a Flex 2 replacement tracker. Both had been replaced due to issues of not syncing & other one malfunctioned & stopped working after about 4-5 weeks of receiving it from FB. Versa’s battery life is less than 24hrs & Flex 2 battery life lasts for about 24-36hrs. I’m not getting my lasting battery life once again on both trackers as FB claims. I’m charging my trackers every night, on the one I wore for daytime, as well as the other one I wear every night to help track my sleep. I use the charger to the tracker it belongs to, on my USB ports to any one of my multiple room wall surcharges that have built in USB ports, but is using them the reason my trackers battery life aren’t lasting like FB claims or should I be connecting the ports on the FB charger cord to my tablet or laptop to get a longer battery life as FB says it’s supposed to?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps and tips that are listed in this help article. These steps tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit devices. After this, test the behavior of the batteries and let me know how it goes.
