I'm on day 2 of wearing my new fitbit Versa... I'm getting multiple issues with it interacting with my Bluetooth.  Fitbit app on phone will ask if i want to cancel or restart Bluetooth several times as it doesn't sync.  Getting frustrated... please help!

Ok folks problem solved!  My friend turned to a screen on my watch and turned on or switched it to "connect to phone".  It works beautifully!  Love my watch!

Hey @Sunnysusieq, welcome to the Community! If your Versa is giving you these connectivity issues, let me suggest you to restart your watch and then try to connect it again with your headphones and phone:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Let me know how it goes!

I've done a factory reset.  Completely turned it off and on.  Deleted phone app and reset app.  I feel Fitbit should correct this issue.  I'm out of a watch now.  Half the time I cant even get it to turn on.  Absolute no problems before the update.... I'm buying a Samsung Galaxy 2.  Never going back to Fitbit.  I've had two replacement watches in the total of 3 years.  I've never had to replace watches this quickly in my lifetime.  The watch was costly and couldn't hold up for even a year... very discouraged.
