I have an issue with my gps not staying on when i i  for a ride, walk or run.

It starts of saying it connected then when i look at my device or watch its lose it connection to the phone and my distance, pace and other information isnt tracked. This is getting really frustrating.

Hi @LTdragon, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa's GPS feature doesn't stay connected. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out and follow the troubleshooting steps that are included in this help page, under the subject "Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?". Finally, monitor your watch and see if the GPS feature works properly.
