I have a Versa and an S10 (on the lovely not compatible list...even though the phone is 5 months old!). It was working at least somewhat with GPS. Now I've lost all GPS capabilities with this tech combo. Fitbit refuses to provide any support now (I had someone just yesterday walk me thru uninstall, factory reset, etc. to no avail - actually made things worse. Today their answer is that S10 isn't compatible, sorry.). Anyone else lost their tracking recently? Found a solution? So mad and frustrated with the issue. Wish I'd bought a different device.

While your S10 phone is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently.
