Versa and Exercise App

My Versa exercise app is no longer working. I was able to use it this morning when I went for a walk. Selected treadmill and hit the start button. It recorded everything fine. When I went to the gym this evening the only thing that would show up once I selected any of the exercises was a bunch of settings options. Even after I made selections for those settings it doesnt go back to the normal screen to start tracking your exercise. I restarted my fitbit, uninstalled the app on my droid and reinstalled  then restarted my droid, I even reached out to support and they told me to do a hard restart. After waiting an hour for it to reconnect and download and all that IT STILL DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM!! Anyone have any other suggestions? I haven't even had it a month.

I think you need to get back to Customer Support  again, Im afraid.

I have sent them an email but I have seen on many other boards it takes them a long time to get back to you. Ugh. Just didnt know if anyone here has experience something similar and might have another idea.
