I am currently not wearing my Versa because- once again- I am having syncing issues. My husband has a Google Pixel3XL and a Fitbit and never has syncing issues. I, on the other hand, have to restart my phone, restart my Versa, restart my Bluetooth and it still has issues. I have asked the chat support and they have provided little to no help. SO I am wondering, is it just me or are other people experiencing these issues? And if so, what has worked to get the phone and Versa to finally sync again?

Sorry for the delayed reply. I appreciate the time you took to share your experience with Fitbit.
I would like you to make sure you've tried this syncing troubleshooting and then check if your watch syncs normal. Please double check that your app is updated, your watch has the latest firmware version and that your phone has the latest OS. Could you let me know how often your Versa stop syncing?

I have issues about every 7-10 days. Basically I have the little sync notification always on and don't notice that there is a syncing issue until I go into the app to see something. I have to turn everything off, then back on and most of the time have to boot my Versa from the app and start all over again- and it still has issues and takes forever to find it. I don't have any other Bluetooth issues- just with my Versa. My husband has basically the same phone and a Fitbit as well and never has issues. It just gets annoying to have to constantly watch and make sure it is connected.
