Versa and My Dog Timmy

I have been trying to download My Dog Timmy for nearly 2 hours and it won't work.  I really want to use this app, but can't get it to work.  Help!!!

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Help forums.  Can you describe what happens when you try to download that clock face?  Do you get a specific error or the endless spinning wheel of doom or something else?  Is there any reason why your Versa doesn't have the current firmware?  A device must have the current firmware to download a clock or app.  You don't say which Versa model you use.  The current Versa firmware is 32.70.8.0, the current Versa 2 firmware is 35.70.8.0.  The Versa Lite doesn't support My Dog Timmy.  But it makes sense to me that you shouldn't see it as an option if your device doesn't support it.
