I have a Versa which stopped tracking heart rate, active zone minutes and sleep on 4th Jan. I tried all the suggestions regarding switching heart rate setting off/on and manually syncing, restarting phone and watch, uninstalling/reinstalling app and factory resetting my watch. None of this has worked. I've also unpaired my Versa and paired a Versa 2 to my account to see what happened and have exactly the same issue! I note the lights on the back of both watches do not flash. What else can I do to fix this? I now have 2 devices which don't track heart rate etc! Both were working fine previously!

I am having the same issue. I noticed in another forum that this seems to be a common problem.

I'm having the exact same issue. I'm starting to wonder if it's a software issue at this point.

Hello,
My Versa 2 began to act up around 2/16/2025. First lost the sleep tracking data, then after 3 days, lost the rest of the data tracking with the exception of steps(which may come from my phone since it goes with me on walks. One difference - I was participating in the Fitbit sleep study.
I too, updated, restarted both the watch and phone, deleted then reinstalled the app and checked to ensure my firmware was up to date. Today I unpaired the device from my phone and now the device doesn't show up in the bluetooth pairing list.
This is my 2nd Versa 2 which I purchased in September 2023 (the other literally fell apart after 4 years). What is happening with these?
