I have a FITBIT Versa.  Only usable with MasterCard, too bad I have a Visa!  Also the classic band doesn’t fit.  I spent 45 minutes trying to fit it but the tolerance is too tight.  Too bad about wearing it in the water.....

@Tammy_M43  I have a VISA card (US Bank) and it's supported.  I don't think it's whether it's MasterCard or VISA but whether your bank permits participation.

Yes, it is what card/cards your BANK supports. 

 

As far as the strap goes I'd suggest you contact Support and see if they can help. (Link in my signature )

If you are looking to use Fitbit Pay, I recommend looking through our list of supported banks. We're always working on adding more banks, so if yours isn't on there please check if there is a feature suggestion for it.
