Versa and app does not connect to wifi

The music download to versa needs it to connect to the wifi. when the app detects the wifi, versa says it cannot connect and then the app shows the message "no connection detected"

 

I have checked everything with my internet connection and all seems fine. Even tried resetting the app, my versa and my router. the problem is definitely something to do with the app or versa itself

Is your wifi compatible?

Has the Versa connected to wifi in the past?

Is the Versa plugged in and charging?

Hello there

Thanks for the response. Yes my wifi is compatible i have connected it
sometime ago to the wifi to download songs to my watch. Afterwards when i
had to reset it, all the songs disappeared obviously.

Right now it's not connecting at all and the app also says "unable to
detect network connection" while the phone is connected to the wifi and the
watch is syncing with the app through this wifi.

Ofcourse i put it on charge while doing all this always.
