Versa and app don’t agree

My Versa has started not to match steps with iOS app.  Some days the app shorts steps and some days the app reads more steps than watch.

Right now. Watch 8792 steps, App 9702 steps.  Last night before I went to bed I had over 8000 steps, app today reads 5572 steps yesterday.  Some days match, some days don’t.

Please make sure that your watch is syncing properly.

 

Click the Profile photo and see what is said next to the Device as to when it last synced.

If you click the Device photo you can see more under Sync and can press the circle [may be a few times] to initiate an immediate sync.
