Tracked hiking activity. Settings are km. I know the hike was approx 6 km. App and Versa states 3.85 km. So it's obviously changed the number into miles but kept the unit. I want it all to be km!

@C4rol1ne Unfortunately that's not the miles. You must have lost GPS connectivity and the distance tracked is not accurate. If you open fitbit app and go to the hike map, did fitbit map the route correctly? If you're not using connected GPS feature of Versa, you will need to check your stride length settings. Please see this help article for more info.

Thanks for your response. However I do believe it's the miles. GPS tracked the route correctly. 3.85x1.6=6.16 which corresponds to the distance I believe I covered. Also I've found an old thread about this problem (from 2015). It was solved by Fitbit but seems to have reappeared with the latest update?

@C4rol1ne can you link the thread please. Honestly, I have never encountered this issue. Thx

@C4rol1ne if it is indeed a bug, only Fitbit can address it. Can you take a screenshot of the route recorded by Fitbit? Open Fitbit mobile app and go to the hike workout and take a screenshot of the map. Thx.
