Versa and can't connect to phone

Had my versa for about a month.  The first 4 days worked great...then I had a syncing issue and it wouldn't update anything to my phone.  So I did the whole uninstall, reinstall, undo Bluetooth, re set up device, all the ideas suggested and finally it worked.  Has been great for the last week.  Yesterday same thing.  I have done all the same things and can't get it to sync back up...should I just exchange it for a new one or is this a common problem?  Thanks

What are the specs on your phone?  Depending on the specs, your phone may not be supported, which may be why you're experiencing some problems.

You should contact Support, especially since your Versa shouldn't be acting like that and your device is supported.
