Anyone else having issues syncing the Versa to an IPhone XR at the WiFi signal search?
I’ve restarted the phone, the Versa, I’ve turned Bluetooth on and off... but the Versa can’t find any WiFi networks (I can confirm the router is working properly and other devices are using the signal).

You mention syncing is that the problem?
Or is it setting up the wifi the problem?
For wifi, make sure that the phone is connected to the wifi that you want the ionic to attach to. But since you say that the phone can not find the wifi, this would be the place to start.

I noticed the title says the phone can't find the wifi.
What shoukd happen.
Plug the tracker into it's powered up charger to turn on the tracker wifi
The phone should be connected to the wifi, the app gets the name of this wifi.
The user enters the wifi password.
The app communicates this info to the tracker through Bluetooth, and instructs the tracker to connect to the WiFi.

I updated my phone and turned the watch on and off and it then seemed to work.
