Versa and iPhone don’t always sync

Every so often, my Versa and my iPhone do not sync.  My iPhone software is up to date, the batteries on both devices are charged, and I am connected to WiFi.  It’s annoying when I don’t get credit for my 10,000+ steps!

If you are experiencing syncing issues with your Versa and your iPhone, I'd like you to, first of all, tell me which iPhone model you have. After that, if it is any of the iPhone that appear in this link, please try the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Thanks for contacting me. I have an iPhone 6 and according to the link you sent, I should be able to continually sync my Versa and my phone. The problem has happened 3 times since September. Before now it had corrected itself. This time is different, since it only occasionally syncs, even when connected to WiFi.

Just bought versa on Thursday and it was syncing until last night.  Now nothing I do helps.

Hey @Quahog, thanks for your reply! Oh! Yes, the iPhone 6 is a compatible device to work with Fitbit trackers and watches. Let me ask you this, did you try the troubleshooting in the help article that I posted above? If you haven't please give it a try. 

 

@J_edm, welcome aboard! I'd like you to tell me which phone are you using. Is it a compatible device? If so, but still not syncing, please follow the tips in the help article that I mentioned!
