Versa and jaybird pairing issues

Hello everyone 

To begin with, I bought fitbit versa and jaybird x3 several months ago. I didnt have any issues pairing the devices together. Recently, my versa is unable to pair with jaybird. As I go to versa bluetooth settings, it is capable of finding jaybird x3. However, as I press to connect it says "jaybird x3 pairing" and is spinning but never able to finalize the pairing. It can spin for hour and nothing changes.

I have restarted my versa, headsets, unpaired everything but it keeps doing that. Any help would be appreciated.

We have received information about some users who are also experiencing pairing issues between their third-party headphones and their Versa, so don't you worry, our team is already aware of this and working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
