Very upset I bought the versa 2 assuming it would work just like my last two phones. Wasted a lot of time trying to figure out why it wouldn't work. Very disappointed to find out it's not compatible. Absolutely ridiculous that they released this without being compatible to one of the most popular phones out there.

@Wowreally, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your phone is not compatible with Fitbit devices. I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.

 

I'd like you to submit a compatibility request of your phone in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your idea gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our team.
