Versa and tattoos

So i recently bought a new versa,the heart rate sensor would not work through my tattoos on my wrist.i have been using the charge 2 now for about 2 years and never had a problem with the heart rate sensor but the versa will not work.the charge 2 has 2 green lights for the sensor where there versa only has one green light,I think that’s the problem.i’m so disappointed.was excited with my new watch....guess I’ll have to find a different brand that works with tattoos

The way i have got over the heart rate not working on my tattooed wrist, is to put it on the palm side of my wrist, where there is no tattoos.

Go with Apple it works with my tattoos. The same thing just happened to me and now I’m moving back to apple……
