Versa app won't download and keeps trying and can't cancel the download

I have owned several fitbits (alta, charge and blaze) and have never had such an issue with downloading apps. Syncing is sporadic. I tried to download an app and it wont successfully download, but keeps trying. frustrated.

Hi, your phone is in the list of supported device so I have a few suggestions for you:

1. Logout of your Fitbit account

2. Deinstall the Fitbit app without removing or unpairing your Versa

3. Restart your phone and enable BT

4. Reinstall Fitbit app again so you have the latest version.

5. Restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see after each restart the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.

6. Sync your Versa with your Fitbit app and see it that works

7. If that works, try to reinstall the app you wanted to install.
