Over the past two days, every time I touch the screen on my Versa it asks me to input my password before I can access any of the data. I understand for my credit card and that is OK but exceptionally annoying for the data screens. This problem occurred some time ago and then disappeared.
I normally take my watch off when I shower in the morning, otherwise it is on all day. Any thoughts please?

Hi @GekoMelb When i first linked my card it was driving me crazy too. Someone suggested the option of using the pin for Fitbitpay only (the optionnis there and I hadnt noticed it). I only have to enter the pin when I actually want to use fitbit pay now. MUCH better

Thanks NellyG problem solved although not easy to find the place to make the change. Device Lock is not very intuitive.
