Have tried Turning off and restarting but it's just going through in all languages in English is says download fitbit app to get started. I have the app and it's logged in. I haven't used recently and trying to get it to re sync and work again.

@Kbrown1989, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it only shows all the languages and asks you to download the Fitbit app.
Please try setting up your Fitbit Versa from scratch. After this, monitor your watch and see if it shows your stats and works properly.
