Not sure if this is the right place for a feedback/rant...
Have been having a problem with the heart rate sensor (there is no heart rate) so this morning I decided to reset the fitbit and remove it from the app to add it again right away in an effort to resolve the issue.
After the reset and (re-)adding it to the app the fitbit demands to be charged (to over 50%) before it can be set up. There is no way to skip this and there was no warning of this beforehand.
I now have to wait 12 hours until I have access to my charger and can not use the watch.
Sometimes I almost like the fitbit but then stuff like this happens...

@biediebop it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I totally understand how frustrating this is for you since the Versa request to have 50% of battery. This is due to the setup process since the setup may take several minutes to complete and the watch needs to be charged enough in order to avoid turning off during the setup process.
I really appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
I would like to follow up and would like to know if the heart rate issue has been fixed or if the light sensor is still unable to turn on.
Looking forward to your response.
