My Fitbit all of a sudden said I needed to unlock it with my phone, so I went to my phone and went where I needed to unlock it and it said “device payments unavailable”. I disconnected it from my phone (which was not a good idea) and now when I go to reconnect it the ‘unlock with phone’ sign is in the way of the numbers that I need to put in my phone to connect it.
Any ideas on how to fix it?
