My versa screen comes on automatically in the night even though the auto wake is turned off. I move my arm and it comes on I can just lay my hand on it and it shuts off but at times pops right back on, and it’s a bright light I set it to dim. Anyone else notice this.

@Forrestje Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Versa turns on even the "Auto Wake" feature is disabled. Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that the "Screen Wake" is disabled by pressing and holding the back button, then swipe to the quick settings screen then select Screen Wake, finally, select "Manual". This way, the Screen Feature should not work when you move your arm.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

When it starts waking up automatically, I've found pressing the menu button stops it for a while.
I've also had the HR be massively incorrect with a full charge.
Take it back unless you like having a very expensive timepiece.

Yeah manual screen wake does not do what it should. When I put it on manual screen wake it's usually only when I'm at the movies. But it still is waking up when my wrist turns towards me! How annoying and useless of a setting. When I turn it to manual wake, it should ONLY turn on when i PRESS a physical button. No movement, no tapping, only physical button presses.
