I have a new versa only one if the bands was attached and I can’t get the other attached - have tried everything on the website as well as the forums. Any other tips or could it be faulty - it’s driving me nuts

Hello @Amjjones and welcome to the forums. Changing Versa bands has driven me nuts, too. Here is a link to the Fitbit Video that shows how to attach a band. The important step in changing a classic band is to make sure the little "ridge" on the band is in the groove of the Versa case. I also put my Versa on more padding when I change the band. I don't want to scratch the case.
Personally, I have had a LOT of frustration changing the bands. My fingernails are kind of soft and I have broken fingernails changing the band. I also returned a leather band because I just could not get it on.
