Versa band coming off

Hi, looking for a solution to my problem with the versa. Got it yesterday and the band had become detached in the box from the watch at the top, i reconnected it and thought it was fine but it has popped off twice this morning. Is this a general problem with the versas or just mine?

The band design leaves some room for improvement, sure, but if it already comes off in the box and keeps coming off then you've definitely got one with a manufacturing defect. I'd get it exchanged for one that doesn't randomly fly off your wrist.
