Hi, I am trying to swap out the band on my new fitbit versa to the larger size am I like them looser and one side comes off fine But the other side will not budge. The pin moves a little bit but the band will not release and come off. How do I fix this?

@RaePar Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you changing your Versa band. Some users have used a pair of tweezers to help remove the band. Remember to have a 45 degrees inclination when removing the band as explained here.

I regret to advise that the tweezers have not worked. I can get one side off but the other side appears to be jammed or the pin is faulty. I might have to resort to trying to get an exchange
