Versa batter running out in a day

Hi, for the last 2 weeks the battery on my Versa has been really bad, having to charge every day.  How do i contact Fitbit?

Looking forward to any answers you get. I'm having the same problem since this Monday. Have made no changes in settings, so battery use should not have changed.

Thank you! I had tried another link that only showed phone and Twitter support and I dont have Twitter. Your link provides many other  alternatives of contacting support.

I wonder if it's related to the system update we just got.  I've only had mine for a couple weeks.  It ran great - 3-4 days on a charge until this week.  Now it barely makes it a half day.  Watching and hoping for a solution.

Hi! I just wanted to update that thanks to your (kuzibri) link I contacted Customer Support via email and they are working on a resolution to my issue. It does seem like there is a defect with my battery and it might need to be replaced, the whole watch I guess. So thank you again for the link!
