Versa batteries can't last 12hours

My Versa working fine for the first 2 months but start from last week, the battery life is less than 12hours, I already reset 2 times but can't solve

@hehehaaaa first of all, I like your handle. 😊 Heh now about battery. You mentioned reset but have you tried a full wipe i.e. factory reset of versa. If this doesn't help try reformatting the battery. Let it drain completely then charge fully (keep charging for several hours after the charge has reached 100%). Repeat this cycle 2 more times. Also, did you install any new watchfaces or apps? Some of them have permission to run in the background and really drain your battery. After performing factory reset, do not install anything and check how long the battery lasts. Finally, if your tracker is experiencing difficulties connecting and syncing with your phone, it will impact battery life as well. Disable all-day sync from within Fitbit mobile app to sync only when you open the app. Keep always connected option enabled though to keep receiving notifications.

I did factory reset 2 times already, I will try reformat the battery after. I never install app, face or upload song since I brought it. It was so strange I didn't change anything but suddenly the battery drain so fast. Last night I fully charged before went to bed after 4 hours only 47% left.lol

@hehehaaaa ughhh! If reformatting battery does not help, you might have to exchange it. 😑
