I’ve noticed over the past week or two, that my Versa battery isn’t holding charge. It went from 4-5 days to draining in 12 hours. The green heart rate light is gone and it is not registering sleep. It is also no longer sending call notifications (that stopped a few weeks ago). I have restarted it multiple times, cleaned all charger parts, and followers other suggestions I’ve seen on threads. This is the third Fitbit product I’ve had issues with between myself and family members over the last 6 months. Very frustrating

Since none of the steps you tried have worked, I was about to create a support case on your behalf, but I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and that they have helped you with this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for updates on your case.
