Hi all. My Versa suddenly stopped charging and battery has since died. I have tried it in various chargers, sockets, etc. It's definitely not the charger. I have read a few articles which state to do a reset but this can't be done on a flat Fitbit.
Really just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and any ideas on what to do. I've contacted Fitbit support through Twitter and awaiting a reply. This obviously takes time and I would prefer it working sooner if possible.

Hi, are able to manually restart your Versa? If yes restart it 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If this does not work, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

I have the same problem and did what you told to do: hold and release the 2 buttons 4-6 times.It didn’t work 😫
I also have cleaned my Fitbit and the charger.... but stil dead😢 I don’t know what to do yet
