My Fitbit versa battery died last night and I plugged it up. Stayed plugged up all night. Now it will not come on. I have pressed and held the button sequence and still will not come on.

I didn't have mine on the charger but I was at about 40% battery this morning. Just now went to see what time it is and the screen is blank and it will not turn back on

My Fitbit Versa went dead at lunch one day even though it had a 50% that morning. I put it on the charger and nothing happened. I tried resetting it. I contacted Fitbit and they tried to help me reset it but it is dead as can be. It is 14 months old. They will not replace it (12 month warranty) and they offered me 25% off my next purchase. As if I would ever buy another Fitbit product. My husband paid $260 for this as a Christmas gift. I asked to talk to the supervisor and was informed she would say the exact same thing. Simone, the supervisor, was unhelpful and I was told that there was no one higher than her that I could talk to. My only recourse would be this forum and the customer satisfaction survey. Do not buy Fitbit. It is not worth the gamble.
