Versa battery dies and this is after a full charge

For the last three days, my Versa battery dies and this is after a full charge. I charged it Sat night and wore it for 2 hrs and it was dead. So charged on Sun, again the same thing. And this goes for Monday as well. Could you please tell what is going on?
