I'm at a loss for words for my Versa. I have had two flex's in the past and they were great machines. I decided to upgrade to the Versa and it has left me so disappointed, not to mention a much higher price tag for all the issues. The battery will not last more than 18 to 24 hours at max. I feel like I need to charge it daily like if it was a cell phone. I have already read the threads, tried resetting, restarting, re-installing, basic fitbit face clock, etc... I have tried all the advice on this thread already, but nothing. What can I do? i must have a lemon and need to a new one.

Hi, since you've already done all the known actions to solve the problem, reach out to Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

Hello @Ytamayo8, welcome to the Community forums. I'm really sorry to see that you've been having trouble with the battery draining too fast.
Thank you for your feedback about the product and for sharing all the steps that you already performed to try to find a solution for this. Fitbit Versa can last 4+ days between charges. Because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary. However, it shouldn't last 18 to 24 hours, as you mentioned.
I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created with or that you already got in touch with them. I hope everything goes well.
Please keep us posted on the outcome.
