Good evening all,
My versa started out strong and the first month it lasted for 4-5 days, then all of a sudden it started lasting a day or less, I've changed absolutely nothing in my routine.
To try fix it I have done a factory reset, changed USB charging ports four times and don't use any third party apps. I have also switched to syncing once a day or once every two days.
fitbit customer services can't seem to pick up that it dies in a day they seem to think it lasts two days (perhaps that's because I only sync it every two days so they can't see it has died?)
any help will will be amazing

I returned mine and got a refund. Got a garmin instead as fitbit couldn't help and over their dodgy products

My Versa would after a few months only last 24h no matter what features i turned off.
I got a replacement last week and the battery time is really good. It survived 6 days with most features on! I hope it stays this way.

Sadly, mine is doing the same. I did a test today and here is the results on how fast the battery was dying throughout the day.
Plugged charger into computer
@ 09:15 - 100% battery (turned off all day sync)
@ 09:51 - 92% battery
@ 11:25 - 63% battery
@ 12:15 - 50% battery
@ 13:10 - 33% battery
@ 14:09 - 13% battery
I was averaging .28% battery drain per minute and maybe can get 5 hours on a single charger where I was able to go days with all day sync turned on and notifications from various applications so I hope Fitbit is able to resolve this as I need the time on my wrist

I have the same problem . Had it 11 months and then the last few weeks it can't hold a charge longer than about 20 hours Very frustrating. Haven't heard back from Fitbit CS yet but hope they will replace it as it is under warranty still
Definitely seems to be an on going problem

Yes, replacement. I will be getting mine since it was still under warranty.

My battery died within 24 hours, I feel I should plug it in when I’m at the table or in bed so it will actually be on when I’m up and moving. I will try no Bluetooth connections... but then, I think I have a costly watch without all the good features 🥺

Same here, mine died suddenly. I sent it in and they sent a replacement. I think it is a refurbished one, the battery in it died unexpectedly after a day, and doesn’t last 24 hours. I’m always having to recharge it. I think it’s time to ditch the FitBit brand... I’m thinking Apple Watch?

YES! Normally, if it dies I get an alert before and when charged I'm back in action. Now, there is no alert to low battery, and the watch is hours or days behind despite my syncing every 1 to 3 days upon charge. Also, it doesn't last a full.day without needing a charge. @Fitbit, are you working on a software fix or a recall/replacement? This is really not the performance any of us paid for or have come to expect from fitbit.
