Hi Fitbit!
My versa’s battery doesn’t last more than a day. I’ve changed all settings as suggested on your website and still the battery gets drained so fast!
It worked perfectly for about an year and a few months.
Please help 😞

Thank you for all the troubleshooting you've done, I was just about to suggest having a go at some of those. I would contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and ask them for a battery test, as it looks like it might be a hardware issue. Please keep a camera on hand with you when you perform the test, you may need it to submit proofs.
Also, please read the ticker at the top of the page and be patient with Support.
