Versa battery does not last a day

I am using versa for couple of months recently I notice that the battery drains fast 8-10% every hour. Earlier I used to get at least 4 days. I have done factory reset. Turned off continuous sync quick view disabled auto awake. No music just the basics still battery does not last. I am really upset with the battery.. Need help what do I do?

Hi, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test. Also mention that you already performed a FR to try to solve the problem.

Regarding the battery draining issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they reached you via email with some instructions.
