Versa battery doesn’t make it through the day

My versa battery completely drains every day. It’s 3:17pm right now and I’m at 33% right now. 

It was fully charged last night after a 2 hour change. 

I do have auto screen awake on and auto sync throughout the day. 

I do not use other apps. No music. No Bluetooth. No notifications. 

It used to last me 2 days or more. Now it’s completely drained by 9pm ish every day.

Help please

Hi, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If this does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.
