Hi,
My batt life is horrendous after fw 33.1.30 update. I went for a swim yesterday morning and batt life got rained from 39% to 11%. After that, i charged my Versa to 95% in the afternoon and this morning i woke up it was 20%?! 95% to 20% in less than 24 hours. I'm using fitbit watch face (layers) so i'm pretty sure it's the new FW that's causing battery drain. Help!!

@Amy8 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your Versa's battery is draining quickly. Try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves.
Let me know how it goes!

I'm experiencing the same thing. Last night I charged my Versa to 100% after the battery drained to 0% in 24 hours. Now, less than 24 hours later, it went from 100% to 10%. All I used was the stopwatch. Ever since the update, my battery won't stay charged for more than 24 hours. Unacceptable!

it's either their fw had a bug and they won't admit it or you got yours from a defective batch they did not bother to recall. Either way, mine died horribly..such a disappointment.

I'm thinking firmware bug, I have used ~ 20% per day for over 2 months and loaded the update and it won't make it a day anymore without going dead and takes way longer to charge. I thought it was my usb wall plug but I have tried 3 different ones cleaned the contacts and changed the face. Started that day after the update. Hopefully get a new update soon.

Don’t know if it is the update! Had exactly the same with my Ionic after a swim. To be honest, twice! First time in the mediterranium and last time in a swimmingpool 8 feet deep! My guess is that the watchers are not water resistant although Servicedesk denies this and states the watch can be used as deep as 50 meters! I can take a shower, wash my hands, but stopped swimming. I am wearing the the third Ionic, the other two were replaced in warranty. Good service, but lousy quality of the watch.
